Brainstorming

Some sort of comment-based brainstorming area? TWikiMAREBrainstorming or something. Basically a place to post and discuss ideas. Semi-formed or small ones get their own headings/comment boxes and larger ones get moved off into their own topics.

This concept could prove useful for MARE ideas as well.
